Somatic Nourishing is a supportive container for working with themes such as grounding, navigating chronic illness and energetic sensitivity, connection to land and ancestors within colonial contexts, and attuning to creative emergence in all aspects of your life.

My practice is "Nourishment-Informed" which means that we focus less on responding to trauma/survival patterns or problem-solving and more on inviting your nervous system into a felt sense of ecological and ancestral support.

My rates for somatic coaching are currently $80-$120 per hour.
