For nearly 40 years, I carried the weight of childhood abuse, believing it left me soiled and unworthy. Even in rooms filled with powerful leaders, I often felt like an outsider. That belief began to dissolve when I created the life-changing practices of somatic self-love and sexual abuse energy alchemization. As I created these tools, I not only transformed my pain but developed a body of work to guide others toward their own liberation. My nonprofit, Alchemy By Love, carries an audacious mission: to eradicate the energy of sexual abuse from the planet in two generations.
